Fund Closure Request Form - This form is used by state agencies to request the closure of an existing fund in SCEIS that is currently validated for the agency.

Fund Validation Request Form - This form is used by state agencies to request the use of an existing fund in SCEIS not currently authorized for that agency.

Capital Projects Cash Management -Transfer Journal Entry Examples
